A cultivar in the Marche region of Italy. A high quality table variety but difficult to handle because of its tender flesh. The fruit needs particular care at all times and can weigh up to 10 grams, with a flesh to pit ratio of 85%.

 

The oil extracted from this cultivar is like the fruit -delicate and unique. The shelf life is short with a yield of around 16%.
